In a small brewery, more time goes into stock, records and invoices than into the tanks. BrauMo covers all of it in one place, so the same information is entered once and used everywhere.

What do I need to run BrauMo?

A Mac or Windows computer on your brewery's network. BrauMo installs like a normal app and serves every phone, tablet and laptop on it. Apple Silicon Macs and 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 are ready to run, with nothing else to install. See the full system requirements.

Where is my data stored? Is it private?

On your own machine, in a single local database file. Nothing is sent to us or to any cloud, and BrauMo works fully offline.

Can I import my existing spreadsheets?

Yes. BrauMo imports CSV and Excel, and Mo turns your old files into batches, stock and recipes that you confirm before saving. See what switching looks like.

Can I get my data back out?

Always. Everything exports, and the database file is yours to copy.

What happens if I cancel?

BrauMo switches to read-only. You keep full access to view and export everything, including your HACCP documentation.

Is it really built for kombucha, not beer?

Yes. Living cultures, two-stage fermentation, carbonation and KBI-aligned HACCP are first-class, not adapted from a beer tool.

How is BrauMo different from cloud brewery software?

Does BrauMo make me HACCP compliant?

BrauMo keeps your records audit-ready: acidification and alcohol as control points, KBI-aligned, with calibration, CAPA and recalls documented. It advises and records, and it never locks you out of an action. Compliance itself always remains your call and your auditor's.

Is BrauMo a kombucha app or brewery software?

Both. BrauMo is kombucha software that installs as a normal app on your own computer, so you get full brewery software (batches, HACCP records, inventory, invoicing) without a cloud subscription. Search for a kombucha app and you mostly find home-brewing timers; search for brewery software and you find tools with no word for a SCOBY. BrauMo is the one built for commercial kombucha.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. A free iPhone and iPad app on the App Store connects to your own BrauMo server over the brewery WiFi and adds a barcode scanner. It needs that server running; there is no cloud in between. Other phones and tablets open BrauMo in their browser. See the app.

I bought BrauMo. Where do I download it?

In your customer portal, which also holds your licence key and your invoices. You get in with the email you bought with, so a lost welcome email is not a problem. Open the customer portal page.
